Concern once again took over world football after Christian Eriksen suffered a new faint during the friendly match between Denmark and Ukrainean episode that recalled what happened in the Euro 2021 and that caused the definitive suspension of the meeting.
The Danish midfielder, 34, was immediately treated by medical services after collapsing on the pitch in the 65th minute of the match played in Odense.
After the incident, the Danish team doctor, Morten Boesenoffered reassuring details about the player’s condition and highlighted the response of the cardiac device that Eriksen has had implanted since his medical emergency at the Euro Cup.

We are in permanent contact with him and with the doctors at the clinic,” adds the doctor’s statement published online.
Likewise, Boesen insisted that the footballer is stable and sent a message of calm to his teammates.
“But Christian is fine and has asked me to give my regards to all the players and tell them that he is fine,” he insisted.

The incident occurred when just over an hour into the international friendly match. According to reports, Christian Eriksen He put his hand on his chest before falling on the grass, prompting the immediate intervention of the medical team.
The referee stopped the actions and requested urgent assistance. After several minutes of attention, the footballer was taken off on a stretcher, although he remained conscious when leaving the field of play.
