Faced with the sudden cancellation of several artists scheduled to participate in the “Great American State Fair,” a festival organized by the government as part of the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the United States, President Donald Trump is contemplating being the one to replace them.

Surprisingly, the singers Martina McBride, Morris Day, Young MC, Bret Michaels and the band The Commodores, each announced separately that they will not appear at the festival scheduled to be held from June 25 to July 10 on the great national esplanade in Washington.

Through a post on Instagram, Martina McBride, country music performer, claimed to have been misled about the true purpose behind the event and that is why he will choose to step aside.

“I was offered the opportunity to perform at a nonpartisan event, but it turned out to be misleading. I asked a lot of questions and was assured that it was a nonpartisan event meant to celebrate all 50 states,” he said.

Rocker Bret Michaels turned to the same social network to announce that he is also joining the casualties of the “Great American State Fair” program.

“Sadly, what was presented to us as a celebration of our country has become something much more divisive than I agreed to be a part of,” he wrote.

Apparently the trigger for The artists’ cancellation arose from some reports pointing to the festival’s alleged ties to the MAGA movement. and on the participation of companies related to allies of Donald Trump in the financing of the Freedom 250 initiative.

Faced with the rout of the singers, The magnate spread a message on the Reality Social platform where he not only devalued their talent, but also warned that he was willing to replace them by taking the stage himself.

“I understand that the artists are nervous about their performance on Wednesday, so I’m thinking about bringing in the number one attraction in the world, the man who draws crowds much larger than Elvis in his prime, and he does it without a guitar, the man who loves our country more than anyone, and the man who some consider the best president in history (BEST OF ALL TIME!), DONALD J. TRUMP, to replace these third-rate, highly paid artists, and give a important speech, moving the country forward as I have done since I have been president,” he wrote.
