A new seasonal dessert began appearing in some of the chain’s food courts and quickly began to generate positive comments among those who had already tried it.
This is the new Strawberry Shortcake Sundaean ice cream that combines soft strawberry-flavored cream, pieces of cake and strawberry topping. Dessert costs $2.99 dollars and is already considered by some consumers to be one of the best recent launches from Costco’s food court.
The chain usually maintains classic products for years, such as its pizza, the Chicken Bake or the sizzling canine and soda combo. However, ice cream flavors do change regularly and many times They are only available for a limited time.
Over the past few months, Costco has released options like the Double Chocolate Mint Ice Cream and the Caramel Churro Sundae. Both caused divided opinions among customers on social networks. But the new strawberry dessert seems to be getting a much more positive reception.
A specialized Instagram account called Costco sizzling finds, dedicated to sharing news and reviews about the store’s products, praised the new ice cream.

Although the Strawberry Shortcake Sundae is not yet available in all US locations, several customers have already started looking for it in their local stores after images of the dessert went viral on the internet.
