4-year-old Hispanic girl kidnapped in Los Angeles

A 4-year-old Hispanic girl was allegedly kidnapped in Los Angelesso the California Highway Patrol (CHP) issued an Amber Alert on Monday night to locate her.

According to the CHP, Daleza Fregoso, 4 years old, was last seen around 4:00 am this Sunday in the area of ​​the intersection of Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Boulevard, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood, according to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officials.

In the Amber Alert, it was described Daleza as a girl 3 feet (90 cm) tall, weighing approximately forty five pounds (20 kilograms). He has black hair and brown eyes. It was not known how she was dressed.

“Daleza Fregoso was kidnapped by Rubén Fregoso and it is believed that they are in a white Land Rover Discovery from 2019,” the Amber Alert said.

Later, The CHP updated the information, saying the vehicle had been located.but the suspect and the 4-year-old girl were still not found.

Rubén Fregoso was described as a 40-year-old manwith a height of 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 meters) and a weight of approximately 200 pounds (90 kilograms). He has black hair and brown eyes.

The researchers did not immediately detect a family relationship between the suspect and the allegedly kidnapped minordespite having the same last name.
