Lawyers File Class Action Crisis Lawsuit in Orange County

Lawyers presented a class action lawsuit over the crisis that arose due to the failure of a storage tank since Thursday, May 21 at an industrial facility in the city of Backyard Grove, Orange County.

The lawsuit was filed this Saturday by The X-Regulation Neighborhood and Presidio Regulation Company following the incident that occurred at GKN Aerospace, where a tank containing more than 7,000 gallons of methyl methacrylate was at risk of exploding or leaking the dangerous chemical.
